Consultations and Service Engagements

Submitting a consultation request or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work) that takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Schechter Customs LLC. For client projects, code ownership is defined in the engagement agreement — our standard practice is that clients own 100% of the custom code we deliver.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and free tools are provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom AI Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free tools.

Changes
