Custom AI Works (operated by Schechter Customs LLC, "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through customaiworks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Information you submit: when you fill out a consultation form, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and what you'd like to discuss.
• Technical information: when a form is submitted we record the page it was sent from, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string to help us respond appropriately and detect spam.
• Live voice-demo data: if you choose to start the browser voice demo, your microphone audio, typed messages, conversation transcript, generated responses, and connection metadata are processed to run that session.
• Optional personalization analytics: only after you select “Allow personalization,” we assign a random browser identifier and record broad service categories, visit number, experiment variant, and whether a returning-visit recommendation was eligible, shown, or selected. We do not store raw URLs, query strings, referrers, form contents, IP addresses, or user-agent strings in this analytics record. Healthcare, legal, and finance pages are grouped only as general custom-AI interest; we do not create sensitive-interest labels.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation or service you requested.
• To schedule and confirm appointments you book.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.
• With your permission, to make a later visit more relevant and measure whether one personalized recommendation is more useful than the standard experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the site and the feature you request, including hosting, notification delivery, and Deepgram for the live voice demo.

Live Voice Demo and Deepgram

The live voice demo is optional and does not load until you select “Load the live voice demo.” Your browser will ask for microphone permission before capturing audio. If you continue, the session is sent to Deepgram to provide speech recognition, the agent response, transcription, and synthesized speech. Depending on the configured agent, an AI model provider selected inside Deepgram may also process the conversation.

Deepgram's retention and model-improvement treatment depends on the account and agent configuration in effect for the session. Custom AI Works does not separately save the demo audio or transcript through this website. Please do not use the demo to provide passwords, payment-card data, health information, confidential business material, or other sensitive information.

Data Retention

Lead and booking information is retained while we have an active business relationship or a legitimate need to keep it, and deleted on request. Voice-demo content is subject to the processing and retention settings described above. Consented personalization events are automatically deleted after 180 days. Your browser profile is also limited to 180 days and can be deleted sooner through “Privacy choices.”

Personalization, Local Storage, and Your Choices

The site works without personalization. Before optional tracking begins, the site asks whether it may use browser local storage to remember broad service interests between visits and send limited first-party measurement events to our Cloudflare-hosted database. Declining does not restrict the site. We do not use this system for cross-site advertising, individualized prices, or sharing with advertising networks.

Your choice is remembered so the site does not repeatedly ask. Select the “Privacy choices” button on any page to turn personalization off and request deletion of the associated pseudonymous events. The site also honors Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals by disabling personalization and deleting the local browser profile.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site does not require advertising cookies. With consent, the personalization feature uses local storage, which is a similar browser-storage technology, for the purposes described above. We will update this notice before introducing any third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technology.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@customaiworks.com and we will respond within 30 days.
